We worked with Shefali for around 6 months.. She was very easy to work with.. Within 2 appointments she understood what we really needed, even though we ourselves hadn't figured out.. She was very patient till we figured out what we looked for, and would initially show us houses which she thought we would like.. frankly speaking, we even felt bad for her a couple of times, for we would change criterias a lot.. But she was very patient and never rushed us into anything.. One major thing that stood out about her was that, she would make it a point that we understood all features of the house, both good and bad.. Many a times (me being an extreme level of being positive) I would say that I could adjust with certain things, but she would make things come into light, the hidden things about the house which actually would cause trouble later.. I remember once, we saw this amazing looking house.. everything was just perfect about it, but she brought to light of the neighborhood.. and how much it matters.. We were on the brim to taking that house, but she made us aware of the complications that could come with it.. There's always too much to buying a house.. Shefali led us through it step by step, she would make last minute things which we never thought would go through, go through and made the entire process a piece of cake.. (Like a last minute lower loan rate which she found and locked for us)..Not only that, even after we moved in, we would still call her up for petty questions.. and she always makes it a point to get back to us.. Over-all she was just awesome..
